Visits to the Recreation Center

Keeping everyone safe is our top priority.  To ensure the safety of our members and employees at the Recreation Center, NECA will continue to closely follow all applicable City, State, and federal statutory and regulatory requirements as well as the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) guidelines to the extent they do not conflict with the Emergency Order issued by the State of Hawaii, and the City and County of Honolulu.  For more information, visit www.oneoahu.org.    

Kindly abide by the following guidelines and protocols when visiting the Recreation Center:

*Daily Hours of Operation:  Monday through Saturday, 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.  Closed on Sunday.  Doors will open at 8 a.m. and close at 7:30 p.m.
*Reservation Required:  Members will be required to make a reservation in advance.  To make a reservation, call (808) 487-3806 during business hours. Please DO NOT leave a voicemail. The reservation system will allow NECA to provide contact tracing information to the City or State, if necessary.
*Members may hold only one (1) reservation for the same activity at a time.

Safety protocols for all visitors of the Recreation Center:

*Use of a face mask is required while in the premises of the Recreation Center.  If you arrive without a facial covering, you will be denied entry into the Recreation Center.
*Upon entry into the Recreation Center, please take your temperature reading, sanitize your hands, and using the keypad, enter your PIN CODE.
*If you have a temperature above 100.4 degrees F, you will be denied entry into the Recreation Center.  If you do not feel well, please stay home.
*Please no loitering or group gatherings allowed.
*Please abide by your reserved time and time limit. This will allow other members waiting to use the facilities to begin their reservations on time.
*Please maintain physical distance of at least six (6) feet from others.
*Due to limited spaces available for members, outside guests or non-members are not allowed at this time.
*Reservation times for activities are staggered.  Please arrive at your scheduled time.

IMPORTANT:  If you are infected with COVID-19 or think you may have been exposed, please do not visit the Recreation Center, instead, please contact your medical provider.
