NECA Recreation Center & Premises Rules and Regulations
In an effort to clarify and improve our Newtown Estates Community Association Rules and Regulations, (RE: Section 5.06 of the MDCCR Document – Newtown Estates Rules), the Board of Directors has adopted and approved some changes to our existing set of rules and regulations.
The new rules and regulations will go into effect on Sunday, February 15, 2015.
