Architectural Design Committee

The overall responsibility for preserving and maintaining Newtown Estates Community Association’s architectural and landscaping standards has been assigned to the Architectural Design Committee.  The primary objective of the Committee in meeting this responsibility is to ensure harmonious aesthetic relationships between individual buildings and their sites and to insure compatibility of each lot and its improvements with the architectural and landscaping standards which prevail with each individual NECA development and within the community as a whole.
The Architectural Design Committee meets at 4 p.m. on the 2nd Tuesday of each month.  The meeting is held over zoom and/or in-person at the Newtown Rec. Center.
