1. Janitor & Maintenance – Full-time & Part-Time. (Must be available to work weekends)

Fulfill various facility, maintenance task to include but not limited to cleaning bathrooms (toilets, shower, sinks, walls, floors), windows, equipment, surfaces, disposing of rubbish, relining waste containers, sweeping and mopping floors, cleaning and vacuuming carpeted areas, stripping and waxing linoleum and glazed floors, sweeping and cleaning concrete and asphalt surfaces (court, decks, parking lots, etc.). Provide superior maintenance service to include supporting the objectives of all departments.

2. Office Assistant – Full- time.

Scheduled between hours of 7:45 am and 8:00 pm, Monday through Sunday. We are looking for a responsible Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Duties of the Administrative Assistant include providing support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs and managing our company’s general administrative activities. Administrative Assistant responsibilities include, provides clerical support to Architectural and Covenants, Maintenance, front office staff, and General Manager as assigned. Processes invoices for payment. Prepares timesheets for payroll processing. Preparing reports and maintaining appropriate filing systems. The ideal candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills and be able to organize their work using tools, like MS Excel and office equipment. 3. Front Office Clerk – Part-time. (Must be available to work weekends).

Provide superior customer service to members, guests, co-worker and vendors associated with the operation of the Recreation Center and Community Association, including supporting the objectives of the other departments, supervisor and general manager. Monitoring surveillance cameras. Verify and register property owners, residents and tenants in the security access system. Accurately input data into point-of-sales software and effectively navigate within the system. May coordinate to assist with NECA’s special events, rental facility events, free activities and paid classes.
