Goals and Objectives
N The Goals of the Newtown Estates Community Association is to…
- Enhance and preserve the natural beauty and establish appearance of Newtown Estates.
- Promote the health, safety and security of the community.
- Develop the social, educational and recreational programs to meet the needs of the association.
- Maintain fiscal soundness of the association.
- Establish and maintain an effective management of the Newtown Estates.
The MDCCR
E Newtown Estates is a community with single and multi-family residences, a major recreation center, parks and playground recreational facilities designed for the welfare, enjoyment and convenience of the residents of Newtown Estates. In order to preserve and maintain the character of the community, standards were established and are protected by the Master Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions (MDCCR) and the Architectural Rules and Guidelines (ARG). These standards are in place to protect your property values and those of your neighbors.
Sub-Association
C There are 10 sub-associations that are part of the Newtown Estates Community. Each is maintained and managed by their own property management team. Homeowner’s living in the sub-association communities, please contact your property management team for all inquiries regarding your property. For all other issues, please call the proper authorities. Location of these sub-associations can be found on or about the areas near Kilinoe Street, Kaahele Street, Komo Mai Drive, and on the Diamond Head side of Kaahumanu Street.
Recreation Center
A Membership to the Newtown Recreation Center is open to all Newtown Estates Community Association homeowners and residents or tenants residing at a NECA property. Members must be in ‘good standing’ with NECA. There are many advantages to being a member of the recreation center. As a registered member you have access to great benefits including the use of a swimming pool, a wading pool, basketball and tennis courts, a health club, variety of classes and activities, room rentals, and so much more!
