Master Declaration of Covenants, Conditions & Restrictions

The MDCCR of Newtown Estates, which was recorded on May 31, 1972 as Land Court Document No. 582929, contains standards and restrictions affecting each owner in the use of his lot.  Article III, Section 3.02 and 3.03, of the MDCCR govern all residential properties (referred to as “private area” in the MDCCR) as to use, restrictions, improvements, etc.
