Welcome to the Newtown Estates Community Association. The mission of the Newtown Estates Community Association is to enhance, preserve, promote, develop, establish & maintain the quality of life for it’s members.
The goals of the Newtown Estates Community Association is to:
1. Enhance and preserve the natural beauty and establish appearance of Newtown Estates.
2. Promote the health, safety and security of the community.
3. Develop the social, educational and recreational programs to meet the needs of the community.
4. Maintain fiscal soundness of the association.
5. Establish and maintain an effective management of Newtown Estates.
