Rec Center Facility Rentals

The Renter must be a bona fide NECA member, at least 18 years of age or 21 years of age if alcohol is to be served during the event, with current NECA facility membership. Renter must also be in good standing with NECA, as stated in the NECA Rules & Regulations handbook.

Reservations are based on a first-come, first-serve basis.  The completion of the following forms does not confirm the reservation.  All applications and requests are reviewed by NECA Management and the Renter will be notified by mail.

 

Upstairs Lounge

  • Accommodates up to a hundred (100) guests.
  • $90.00 deposit + $180.00 rental fee.
  • $180.00 sheriff fee applies when serving alcohol.
  • All fees are due at the time the Rental Application is submitted.
  • Reservations can be made up to twelve 12 months in advance or a minimum of two (2) weeks notice.
  • Includes tables & chairs, sink/counter, pool table, television, balcony area.
  • No wheelchair access.
  • No amplified music allowed.
  • Prohibited:  Smoking, cooking, open-fire, fire dancing, pony rides, petting zoos, pinatas, access to any area beyond the facility being rented.

Recreation Hall

  • Accommodates up to three-hundred and fifty (350) guests.
  • $235.00 deposit + $470.00 rental fee.
  • $235.00 deposit + $400.00 rental fee, Sunday Mornings Only.
  • $180.00 sheriff fee for all events.
  • Reservations can be made up to twelve (12) months in advance or a minimum of two (2) weeks notice.
  • Includes tables & chairs, sink/counter/refrigerator, and a stage area.
  • Prohibited:  Smoking, cooking, open-fire, fire dancing, pony rides, petting zoos, pinatas, access to any area beyond the facility being rented.

Additional Lanai/Pavilion Area with Recreation Hall Rental

  • Accommodates an additional one hundred-fifty and (150) guests.
  • $75.00 deposit + $150.00 rental fee.
  • Available for Evening Events Only.
  • Prohibited:  Smoking, cooking, open-fire, fire dancing, pony rides, petting zoos, pinatas, access to areas beyond the facility being rented.

Special Use Permit 

  • Limit of up to thirty (30) non-member guests.
  • Available daily from 8am to 4pm, except closed holidays.
  • $12.00 deposit + guest fees.
  • Reservations must be no earlier than one (1) month from the date of the event and no less than one (1) week prior to the event.
  • $10.00 late fee apply for reservations of less than one (1) week in advance.
  • Includes tables & chairs, kitchen area with refrigerator, use of swimming pools, tennis & basketball courts.
  • Prohibited:  Smoking, cooking, open-fire, fire dancing, pony rides, petting zoos, pinatas, health club.
