The Newtown Recreation Center provides a wide array of Activities & Events for it’s members. NECA Activities & Events are limited to Association members with current facility membership and in “good standing” meaning that members must be up-to-date with all NECA financial obligations and not in the ‘certified letter’ process of any violation.
