- If any stray cats or dogs enter your property you will need to contact the Humane Society at (808) 946-2187. It is important to have the animal tied or confined before you call the Humane Society to pick up the animal.
- Dogs barking intermittently for 30 minutes or barking constantly for 10 minutes violates the City & County of Honolulu’s animal nuisance law. Please call the Humane Society at (808) 946-2187 between 8am–5pm; or after hours contact HPD at 911.
- For crowing roosters, call the Royo’s Farming at (808) 841-2384.
- If you see livestock and/or any other non-domestic animals in the neighborhood, please the call the Department Of Agriculture at (808) 483-7113.
