Facility Rental
Renter must be a bona fide NECA member, at least 18 years of age or 21 years of age if alcohol is to be served during the event, with current NECA facility membership. Renter must also be in good standing with NECA, as stated in the NECA Rules & Regulations handbook.

-Available daily from 8am to 4pm
-Alcohol is NOT permitted
-Includes use of the outside pavilion area near the pool, kitchen, sink and refrigerator
- Up to 30 guests in party
- $12 deposit/$2 for every non-member (deposit pays for 6 non-member guests)
-Reservations must be no earlier than one month from the date of the party and at the latest 1 week
The Newtown Estates Recreation Center has a pool and jacuzzi.

-Available daily 10:00am-2:30pm Saturday/Sunday 6:00pm to 11:00pm
-Reservations up to 12 months in advance and a minimum of 2 weeks notice.

-Up to 350 guests (optional pavilion area rental increase capacity of 150**)
-$235 deposit/$470 Rental Fee
-Available Saturday/Sunday 6:00pm to 11:00pm
-Reservations up to 12 months in advance and a minimum of 2 weeks notice.
*PA system $12.50 deposit/$25 rental
**Pavilion $75 deposit/$150 rental
Recreation Hall
- Security required for any rental events serving alcohol and/or evening rental events with 100+ guests. The cost is a $180.
